I’ve worked across multiple sectors in senior people and leadership roles, supporting organisations through growth, change and difficult decisions. My focus is on clarity, judgement and outcomes.
I take a steady, considered approach, focused on making real progress rather than quick fixes.
With over 29 years of experience in people and leadership roles, including Chartered Fellow status with the CIPD, achieved in 2024.
Alongside this, I’ve started and run my own businesses. That experience matters. I understand the reality of leading an organisation: the trade-offs, pressure, and the impact people decisions have on time, money and credibility.
I support business owners and leaders who want straight thinking and proportionate solutions that work in practice.
I work on focused, practical projects that improve how organisations operate - from putting solid people foundations in place, to strengthening processes, systems and decision-making as a business grows.
My work often sits at the point where informal ways of working stop being effective, but overly complex structures would slow the business down.
I typically work alongside business owners leading organisations with 10 to 100 employees, helping them build people operations that are fit for purpose, sustainable, and aligned with how the business really runs.
I start by understanding how the organisation operates — where pressure points sit, how decisions are made, and what is being avoided or delayed.
From there, I help leaders focus on what genuinely needs to change, prioritising the few things that will make the biggest difference without unnecessary complexity.
Support varies depending on need — from advising and strengthening internal capability to stepping in directly on a project or retained basis. All work is delivered virtually.
My guiding principle is simple: doing what is genuinely best for the business.
