I possess over 29 years of specialised experience in the human resources & management field, including achieving Chartered status with the prestigious CIPD in 2022.
I also have experience from previously starting and owning my own businesses. This gives me valuable first-hand understanding of the unique HR challenges and needs that business owners face.
